TAIGISHIN-KAN

Twenty years of tradition

Taigishin-kan® 体技心館 was founded in 2005 by Prof. Angelo Bonanno, in Calabria (South Italy), with the goal to teach both karate and jujutsu. The "Taigishin-kan school of traditional Japanese martial arts and culture" is to be considered in the most traditional sense of the term as a branch of style 流系 or more precisely a line of thought of how to study, preserve and spread the culture of Budo and the practice of martial arts. Taigishin-kan is registered in Japan under the prestigious Dai Nippon Butoku Kai, and it's Italy Dojo of Matayoshi Ryugasaki Kodokan with authorization of the Matayoshi Kodokan honbu of Okinawa.

In addition to the organizations mentioned above, kancho Prof Bonanno is also registered in Okinawa and Japan as:

  • 8th dan Kyoshi in Shinzanryu (Kojoryu • Shorinryu) - OSKKK, Okinawa
  • 7th dan Kyoshi in Gojuryu - IKO/Kenshikai, Okinawa
  • 3rd dan Shidoin in Okinawa Kobudo - DNBK, Japan
  • Shidoin in Nihon Jujutsu - IMCF, Japan
